You will need to give us clear instructions on how you want the reports modified, preferably with a marked up copy of the existing printout showing the changes you require. We will quote for the work within 48 hours sometimes it will be longer over a weekend.

We use Crystal Reports V8.5 to modify the .rpt files in Actinic, we will ship the modified files back to you by email so no need normally for a snapshot, unless we need your data to test the report.
